Position Title: Helpdesk Attendant

Department: Information Technology Services

Work Location: Penn Hall 112

Purpose of Position: 

  • Act as the first line to troubleshoot student, staff, and faculty devices


Description of Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot student, staff, and faculty devices
  • Help students add their device to wifi
  • Scan student machines for viruses and malware
  • Enter helpdesk tickets for escalated issues

Work Schedule (Days & Times): M-F | 8am-8pm

Hourly Wage: $10.00
