Admission and Enrollment Deposit Policy

Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis once all required application materials have been received. Upon acceptance, applicants are encouraged to confirm their intent to enroll by submitting a $50 tuition deposit. This deposit will be applied directly toward the student’s tuition upon enrollment.

If written notice of withdrawal is received by May 1 for fall enrollment (or by December 1 for spring enrollment), the tuition deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Application fee of $50
  • SAT score of 960 or higher, ACT score of 18 or higher
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 500 (pencil/paper), 173 (computer-based), 61 (Internet-Based). Individual cases of students with lower scores will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
  • Transcripts from non- U.S. high school or college(s) attended must be evaluated through InCred: International Credit Evaluations.
  • Completed Financial Statement Document demonstrating the ability to meet financial obligations while studying at William Penn University
