The William Penn Booster Club has been in existence for over 50 years, and is dedicated to helping meet the growing needs of the university’s growing athletic programs. The Booster Club also presents the Dana Atkins Award to the senior with the highest GPA and sponsors the William Penn University Athletic Hall of Fame, which recognizes graduates whose success on and off the playing field represents the commitment and character of true Statesmen.
By joining the William Penn Booster Club, members help meet needs of the athletic programs. All membership funds are used to purchase equipment and supplies that enhance the university’s 17 NAIA sports, as well as the cheer and dance teams. In recent years, the Boosters have helped remodel locker rooms, enhanced the weight room facility, and supported the purchase of a 32-passenger bus, two 15-passenger vans, bleachers and press boxes for the softball and baseball fields, washers, dryers, championship banners for the gym and much more.
Boosters also have exclusive access to athletic luncheons and are given the opportunity to vote for male and female players of the month and the John Eberline Player of the Year Awards.
The Statesmen Athletics website lists of all members and businesses supporting the Statesmen through the William Penn University Booster Club this year.
We hope you will assist the Booster Club and Statesmen athletics by becoming a member. You will receive the gratitude of hundreds of young athletes as they take the field to represent William Penn University.
