Purpose of Position: Greet members as they enter the Y, ensure proper check in, answer basic operational questions
Description of Duties & Responsibilities:

The Member Services staff are an essential part of the Y. The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, outgoing, and able to provide excellent customer service to all members.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours Monday – Friday 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 pm, as well as an occasional weekend of Saturday 8 am. -3 pm, Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm.
Free YMCA membership is included with employment, along with discounted program costs, and the opportunity to participate in the YMCA retirement fund.
