Criminology

The Criminology minor at William Penn University provides students with a comprehensive understanding of crime, criminal behavior, and the justice system. This 18-credit-hour program explores key topics such as law enforcement, corrections, criminal law, and the social causes of crime. Students develop critical thinking and analytical skills as they examine the relationships between individuals, institutions, and society. The minor complements majors in psychology, sociology, political science, and pre-law, and helps prepare students for careers in criminal justice, social services, or for further study at the graduate level in related fields.
