Dr. Jihna Jenkins attended Florida A & M University, a Historically Black College & University (HBCU), where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration designations. She later earned her Doctor of Business Administration with Leadership emphasis from Liberty University. Jihna joined William Penn University in 2009. She is an Associate Faculty Member and Co-Chair of the Business Division. She has used the privileged platform of education to foster organizational change and adaptation in the Business, Mathematics, and Leadership sects to meet the needs of William Penn University and the surrounding communities.
