Jihna Jenkins, M.B.A.

Assistant Professor of Business

Jihna Jenkins-Mullens has partnered her instruction methods with the Oskaloosa community since she started teaching at William Penn University in 2009. “I love nothing more than to acquaint students with opportunities to utilize their gifts,” she said.  Professor Jenkins-Mullens serves as the liaison for Musco, YMCA, Cablevey, and New Hope Community Center and believes these partnerships have been instrumental to students being positively represented in the community.

As a teacher, she has used the examples of Jesus Christ’s parables as a guide for her teaching methodology. “I am confident in the content that I profess. Throughout my experience, I have learned to present challenging material in a way that is digestible to my audience,” she said.
