Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, colleges and universities across the nation are faced with the difficult decision of what to do with students that consider their campuses home.

For safety reasons, many colleges across the country have decided to transition to remote learning for the remainder of the semester. Along with this transition, many schools have also decided to shut their facilities down completely resulting in the displacement of many students. From study abroad programs to personal preferences, college campuses are generally a very diverse learning community. This is especially true for William Penn University, a campus that takes pride in welcoming people from different parts of the world. WPU serves as a home away from home for students from as far as Egypt and Nigeria, to places as seemingly close as New Orleans or California.
