Software Company CEO to Share Story of Tenacity and Achievement
John Oechsle, CEO of the software company Swiftpage, will present “We Did What?” on Thursday, February 22, at 6:00 p.m. in the Musco Technology Center (MTC) on William Penn University’s Oskaloosa campus. This presentation will cover how the small Denver, Colorado-based start-up acquired two large companies to become a large, global corporation overnight. Oechsle will share how his 30-year track record of building highly profitable and sustainable revenue growth for emerging companies helped Swiftpage develop after joining the company in 2012.
“Technology is the vehicle that seems to be driving all industries into the future. Being able to merge aspects of industry, business, technology, and relationships is a skill set that is hard to find. The result of individuals mastering relevant technology, while being able to develop meaningful relationships in both industry and business is typically nothing short of amazing professional success. A chance to hear someone speak who has experienced these successes is a great opportunity for perspective and inspiration,” Josh Stutting, Instructor of Computer Science.
