This on-campus work study position provides essential first-line support to students, faculty, and staff. |

| Description of Duties and Responsibilities: |
|
|
• Staff the IT Help Desk in Penn Hall
• Answer the IT Help Desk phone and assist walk-ins
• Provide level 1 support for IT-related inquiries
• Log service request into the IT Help Desk tracking system
• Assist IT Technicians with various IT Services
• Other duties as assigned |
| Required Qualifications: |
|
|
• Current WPU Student
• Strong customer service skills: friendly, helpful, and courteous
• Basic understanding of PC systems, phones, classroom audio video equipment, and software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions
• Enthusiasm for learning and helping others |
