Liability Waiver and Media Release(Required)By participating in the Authors and Artists Event, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating at my own risk. I understand that the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, venue representatives, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, artwork, merchandise, displays, equipment, or materials that may occur before, during, or after the event. I agree to release and hold harmless the Authors and Artists Event, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from my participation in the event.



I understand that I am solely responsible for the setup, supervision, operation, and security of my display area, products, and personal belongings throughout the event. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and tax requirements related to the sale or display of my work.



By participating in this event, I grant permission to the Authors and Artists Event and its representatives to photograph, record, and use images, video, audio, and statements that may include me, my booth, my artwork, or my materials for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, website, and publication purposes without compensation or further approval. I understand these materials may be used in print and digital formats to promote current and future events.
