Student Profile

Megan Rempe

Megan is originally from the Winfield-Mt. Union community. She now lives in Fort Madison with her husband and 3 children. Her family is very involved with sports and outdoors activities, like hiking!

Megan is currently student teaching at Holy Trinity Catholic Elementary School in both 5th and 2nd grade classrooms.

Megan’s favorite DL Class has been Classroom Management. She felt it helped her prepare for a future classroom and made her think deeply about what her expectations for future students will be.

Megan stated, “I am so thankful that I found out about the DL program that is available at William Penn University. I don’t think I would have been able to get my degree in the amount of time I did if I had gone anywhere else. William Penn University made it possible for me to pursue my second career! You can do anything you set your mind to; you just need to believe in yourself!”

After graduation this fall, Megan will be working in a 2nd grade classroom at Holy Trinity Catholic Elementary School.
