The William Penn Information Technology Services department, including the ITS Help Desk, is located on the 1st floor of Penn Hall – Room 112.

  • We are here to help you use all types of technology on campus including PC’s, smartphones, tablets, entertainment systems, campus WIFI and wired networking, classroom technology, computer labs, etc.

Who is it for?

Technology services are available for students, faculty, and staff. Please bring your Student ID or William Penn ID with you when you visit.
