Susan Boxler, M.Ed.

Adjunct Assistant Professor

Professor Susan Boxler has been a part of the Education division faculty at William Penn University since 2009. Outside of teaching she is a certified trainer in Brain Compatible Learning. She specializes in the areas of Elementary and Middle School Education.

She believes in the way the Distance Learning program has been able to reach a wide range of students across the state of Iowa and deliver them the education they desire in a way that makes sense for students. Professor Boxler has found that by the faculty staying true to the institution’s commitments, educators are able to meet the diverse needs of students and meet the students at their individual educational levels. This idea, coupled with making herself available to students and attending their events and activities, has allowed Professor Boxler to build relationships and help students excel as educators.
