Position Title: Eventing & Telemarketer Coordinator Graduate Assistant

Department: Advancement

Position Summary:

This position, as Eventing & Telemarketer Coordinator, will assist the Development Team in the development, coordination and implementation of the William Penn alumni/donor relations program.

Position Requirements and Preferences:

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and meet admissions criteria to be eligible for the Masters degree program. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to provide positive customer service skills including phone and in-person etiquette.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote success of William Penn University to the alumni
  • Coordination and oversight of annual phonathon
  • Assist in developing and promoting Senior Gift project
  • Assist with special events coordination for both on campus and off campus events
  • Represent and promote the university/alumni events through social media in a professional manner, including daily post on alumni facebook page
  • Available to give tours to visiting alumni

Reports to: Marsha Riordan, Vice President for Advancement

Start Date: January 13, 2020

Replacement or New Position: Replacement

Full-Time/Part-time/Temp: Graduate Assistants (2 year minimum)
