Position Title: Assistant Registrar            

Department: Academic Affairs

Education preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, Associates degree considered.

Position Summary:

This position is a vital component for the efficient running of the Office of the Registrar.  Cross training will be the goal, so that in the absence of someone else, all bases will be covered.


Responsibilities:

This person will:

  • Take complete ownership of the Transcript process and Verifications
  • Answer the general phone for the Office of the Registrar
  • Become proficient in Transfer Credit evaluations with the possibitiy of taking over the Community College Liaison position as it develops.
  • Other duties as assigned
