Candidates should be forward-thinking, possess a pleasant personality, and work collaboratively with existing faculty. Faculty maintain a 4/4 teaching load. Teaching approaches must be student-centered and incorporate 21st century learning theories and approaches, always with the goal of evidencing student learning. Faculty advise students, serve on committees, and maintain an appropriate research agenda. Review our website to submit application materials that appropriately address our university. The ability to engage students effectively trumps a CV with a list of publications. We seek both, but student learning is critical and non-negotiable.
