DESCRIPTION:Join us for the WPU Youth Football Camp\, where young athletes in grades 2 through 8 can develop their football skills\, build teamwork\, and have fun in a supportive environment. Each session runs from 9 AM to 12 PM\, with two available sessions: June 3–5 and June 17–19. The cost is $75 per session\, and camp will be held at the Penn Activity Center (PAC). \nParticipants should bring cleats\, workout attire\, and a completed PAC Waiver Form\, which will be emailed after registration. DESCRIPTION:Guard Day at William Penn University is a special visit event open to all students in 8th through 12th grade who are interested in color guard. Whether you’re a beginner or have several seasons under your belt\, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and connect with others who share your passion. Participants will be split into two groups based on experience level. The advanced group will be led by Makayla Marks\, a sophomore at William Penn University and current color guard instructor for Knoxville\, while the novice and beginner group will be guided by Anna Schafer of Oskaloosa. \nThe event will begin at 8:00 AM at the McGrew Fine Arts Center\, where students will check in and get settled. From there\, everyone will move to the Penn Activity Center (PAC) to begin learning their routine. At noon\, family and friends are invited to attend a final presentation where participants will perform what they’ve learned. All students are encouraged to dress comfortably\, bring their own flag if they have one\, and remember to bring water. Guard Day promises to be a fun and energizing experience for all who attend!

DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Statesmen pride as William Penn University alumni come together to enjoy the Iowa State Fair on the same day. Each registration includes admission to the fair and a commemorative t-shirt. The cost is $25 for adults and $20 for children ages 6 to 11. While children under 6 may attend for free and do not receive a t-shirt\, we kindly ask that they still be included in your registration for our records. Packet pickup will be held on two scheduled dates\, and participants will be contacted directly with those details once they are finalized. \nTo guarantee your preferred t-shirt size and receive the current registration pricing\, please register by July 1 at 11:59 p.m.. The Penn Parent Program pairs students with supportive community members who provide guidance\, encouragement\, and a sense of family throughout their college experience. In the past\, these relationships have become so strong that some students have even joined their Penn Parents for family holidays when returning home was not possible. This social is the perfect first step in fostering those bonds and ensuring that every student feels supported and connected during their William Penn journey.

From community celebrations to campus traditions\, it’s the perfect time to experience life at William Penn alongside your student and fellow Statesmen families. \nYour free registration packet includes two Parent & Family Weekend T-shirts\, two tailgate tickets\, retail coupons to use around Oskaloosa\, and a visitor’s guide to the community. Additional tailgate tickets may be purchased for $8 each\, though these do not include a T-shirt. Students should also be factored into the total number of tailgate tickets if they plan to eat at the event. If a student does not plan to eat at the tailgate\, their campus meal plan may still be used for dining on campus. To guarantee your T-shirt size\, please RSVP by August 29.
