DESCRIPTION:Sign up now for the Applied Technology Summer Camp\, running from 8:00 a.m. to noon\, Monday\, June 16\, 2025\, to Wednesday\, June 18\, 2025\, and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday\, June 19\, 2025! This four-day camp offers an interactive\, hands-on experience where students explore applied technology through problem-solving\, design\, and project-based learning. Participants will engage in activities such as Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)\, plastic injection molding\, woodworking\, electronics and soldering\, and engineering design. \nRegistration is limited to 20 participants ages 12 to 14\, and the cost is $150 per student. SUMMARY:Summer Youth Volleyball Camp 2025
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Summer Youth Volleyball Camp on June 17-18! \nThe camp will be split into two age groups: Elementary (entering 2nd-5th grade in the fall) and Middle School (entering 6th-8th grade in the fall). The Elementary session will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM in the PAC\, with check-in at 9:30 AM\, while the Middle School session will run from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM\, with check-in at 1:00 PM. \nThe cost is $60 per child\, and each participant will receive a camp t-shirt if registered by May 27. Please note\, there are no refunds\, and registrations are open online until June 16. DESCRIPTION:Guard Day at William Penn University is a special visit event open to all students in 8th through 12th grade who are interested in color guard. Whether you’re a beginner or have several seasons under your belt\, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and connect with others who share your passion. Participants will be split into two groups based on experience level. The advanced group will be led by Makayla Marks\, a sophomore at William Penn University and current color guard instructor for Knoxville\, while the novice and beginner group will be guided by Anna Schafer of Oskaloosa. \nThe event will begin at 8:00 AM at the McGrew Fine Arts Center\, where students will check in and get settled. From there\, everyone will move to the Penn Activity Center (PAC) to begin learning their routine. At noon\, family and friends are invited to attend a final presentation where participants will perform what they’ve learned. All students are encouraged to dress comfortably\, bring their own flag if they have one\, and remember to bring water. Guard Day promises to be a fun and energizing experience for all who attend!
