Peter will share his unique perspective on the intersection of technology\, artificial intelligence\, and music—topics that blend his professional expertise and creative passions. \nPeter Kagstrom is a technologist\, musician\, and multimedia artist with a wealth of experience in both the technical and artistic worlds. As a technology specialist at GBH\, he provides solutions for data\, large language models\, and information systems across a range of productions\, including the beloved Antiques Roadshow. Peter has played a pivotal role in growing literacy and inspiring change within the Massachusetts Production Coalition and the larger organization. \nBeyond his work in tech\, Peter is also a dedicated musician\, performing regularly as a pianist and multi-instrumentalist with the New England Film Orchestra and at various concerts and events. He passionately believes that music and technology are intertwined\, with both being expressions of mathematical beauty in different forms. \nThis convocation will offer a fascinating look at how these two fields converge and how the arts and technology are shaping the future.
