Position Title: Instructor of Mathematics

Position Requirements and Preferences:
Must have master’s degree in mathematics or master’s degree in another area with 18 graduate credits in mathematics. Must have proven success teaching developmental mathematics and good classroom management skills.
Position Summary:
The William Penn University Applied Technology Division invites applications for a full-time faculty member in Mathematics beginning Fall 2024 to teach developmental and general education math and statistics classes. Rank and tenure dependent upon qualifications. William Penn University is a teaching institution – the candidate must be an innovative instructor who uses research-based pedagogical strategies. Candidates must be forward-thinking, student-centered, and work collaboratively and collegially. Expectations include effective advising, effective use of technology, student-learning assessment, service, and professional development. This is a full-time teaching position and does not offer time off for research.
