Department: Athletic Operations & Activity Centers

Purpose of Position:

Assist in operating game days in all athletic venues
Staff Penn Activity Center

Description of Duties & Responsibilities:
A member of the Gameday Operations & Activity Centers team for William Penn Athletics must be reliable & willing to fill a variety of roles. Roles include:

monitoring PAC welcome desks
selling apparel and / or concessions
ticket sales
fan engagement duties
parking
monitoring gates
checking field passes
working in sports information
any other duty as assigned by the Athletic Operations staff & Director of Athletic Facilities & Events

Required Qualifications:

Must be:

A student at William Penn University
Have flexible work hours
Willing to work early / late & weekends
Reliable & trustworthy

Work Schedule (Days & Times):

Monday – Friday | 6am – 11pm
Saturday & Sunday | 10am – 10pm
Gameday event hours

Hourly Wage: $10.00

Employment Start Date: 08/22/2022
Employment End Date: 04/28/2023
