Purpose of Job
Assist the program director in development and execution of community building activities in addition to facility management.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Digital Impact community and lab manager will assist the Digital Impact program with developing and executing team activities meant to enhance and develop the team and community aspects of the Digital Impact program. Additionally, the community and lab manager will work to ensure the lab is properly maintained and organized for community and team activities. During scheduled work hours this person will run through a checklist of tasks for lab maintenance and organization. This person will also be required to facilitate a number of activities in the lab throughout the semester.
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience working with technology projects in a fast paced environment. Able to work under deadlines. Able to work as part of a team. Able to lead and develop others. Able to take direction. A desire to work with technology, and do good in the world.
Work Schedule–Days & Times
Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule. Interest in leadership development activities, community development, organization, and willing to use a broom and dustpan.
