Purpose of Job
To assist with Career Services Events, promotions, reporting, paperwork
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Front desk reception
Help organize and staff events and activities
Assist with Handshake Career Platform tasks
Assist with Surveys/Research/Reports as needed
Assist students with resumes, cover letters, other job search tools
Help design/create Bulletin Boards
Help distribute and update flyers, posters, other literature
Assist with Course Data Entry, grades, filing
Required Qualifications:
Junior status or above preferred (the right sophomore may also be a good candidate), good communication skills, creativity, works well with students, staff, faculty, alumni, employers, etc., can use Microsoft Office programs, able to work up to 10 hours per week
