Working with experienced adult educators in the Online and Evening Program, the William Penn University Masters of Business Leadership program is designed to build practical and useful leadership skills. The program emphasizes the development of leadership skill sets to serve the participant throughout their personal life and career. Exposure to a wide variety of real-world issues and situations makes learning interesting and helps to develop strategies for solving problems and leading people effectively.
At William Penn University, one of our goals is to create professional and skilled leaders. Through our Masters of Business Leadership program, we strive to provide students with leadership abilities that fulfill both professional and personal needs. The MBL is offered online and in the evenings.
The Masters of Business Leadership presents the basic challenges of leadership in a series of courses that establish understanding and conceptual solutions to each of these challenges and utilizes contemporary real-world problem sets to assist students in acquiring the knowledge and practical experiences required to apply these solutions to leadership challenges. Experienced faculty members provide constant mentoring and feedback to the student to assist their development and improvement of essential individual and team leadership skills. Teamwork, business ethics, and servant leadership are emphasized throughout the curriculum.
The program focuses on developing skills that have been recognized as absent in many graduate business programs. An effective graduate business leadership degree goes beyond spreadsheets and daily management techniques. It focuses on the development of skills and knowledge required to work with people, provides a framework and strategies for managing organizational systems and performance, and enhance the ability to communicate and disseminate information in an effective manner throughout the business organization. That is the Master’s program you will find at William Penn University.
