Working with experienced adult educators in the Online and Evening Program, the William Penn University Master of Business Leadership program is designed to build practical and useful leadership skills. The program emphasizes the development of leadership skill sets to serve the participant throughout their personal life and career. Exposure to a wide variety of real-world issues and situations makes learning interesting and helps to develop strategies for solving problems and leading people effectively.
The Master of Business Leadership presents the basic challenges of leadership in a series of courses that establish understanding and conceptual solutions to each of these challenges and utilizes contemporary real-world problem sets to assist students in acquiring the knowledge and practical experiences required to apply these solutions to leadership challenges. Experienced faculty members provide constant mentoring and feedback to the student to assist their development and improvement of essential individual and team leadership skills. Teamwork, business ethics, and servant leadership are emphasized throughout the curriculum
