Commencement will be held in the Penn Activity Center (PAC) at 10 AM on Saturday, May 11^th, 2024.

2024 Commencement Guidelines

As we approach the much-anticipated 2024 Commencement ceremony at 10 AM on Saturday, May 11^th, 2024, in the Penn Activity Center (PAC), please familiarize yourselves with some of the guidelines below. Review the full letter here.

Important Information

• Each guest will be required to have a ticket to gain access to the PAC; tickets may be reserved HERE. Use your Student ID # to claim tickets for any friends or family who are planning to attend. Please use your guest’s information. Do not list your email and name for all the tickets. The deadline for reserving tickets is April 30^th, 2024.
• Please limit the total number of tickets to 6 per graduate. If you believe you have more than 6 guests who wish to attend, please contact Caleb Flatt at CalebFlatt@wmpenn.edu.

Blue and Gold Ceremony

Immediately following Commencement, graduates will recess to the front lawn of Penn Hall where the Alumni Association will lead you in the Blue and Gold Ceremony. This William Penn tradition launches our graduates off into the world, holding on to a piece of history. In case of rain, the Blue and Gold Ceremony will be held on the PAC turf.
