Establishing a Scholarship
Penn Partner Scholarship Program
Penn Partner scholarships are awarded annually based upon contributions received on a fiscal year basis. Penn Partner Scholarships can be named, for a specific amount, and are awarded to a deserving student with criteria set by the donor in the year of the gift.Legacy Scholarship Program
The Legacy Scholarship program serves as an opportunity to honor or memorialize a family, loved one, or a special faculty member through endowed giving. Gifts to a legacy scholarship will become part of the endowment with the scholarship award distributed from the interest earned on the principal. The principal stays intact allowing your gift to continue giving in perpetuity. Download the list of established Legacy Scholarships

Having established a Legacy Scholarship, Dennis Ginoza '65 states, “William Penn was for me, a wonderful experience for many reasons, a great sense of community, the personal concerns of the professors, the Quaker influence for higher education, and the many opportunities I had in student leadership. I have many golden memories."
Yes! I want to give to the Legacy Scholarship Fund and help WP students today!
Each year, William Penn University hosts a Scholarship Brunch. This event allows the scholarship donor family and the scholarship recipient to meet one another and spend time together. Family representatives express appreciation for the opportunity to meet students and personally sharing their story for having established the scholarship.
“As we left that first time John said, ‘That was inspiring!’ We were happy we were there. It was amazing the way you had the donors and students together at the table. We had never had this at other schools. It was a wonderful surprise to find our scholarship recipient sitting right next to us. Unable to travel now, we enjoy thinking about the event. It was lovely.” —Eloise Mountain Wright
