PASS (Programming Activities for Students by Students), is a student-run organization that provides activities for the William Penn University student body. Each month, PASS sponsors a variety of entertainment and educational programs including: comedians, hypnotists, game shows, bowling, laser tag and roller-skating. Annual activities include: Welcome Week, Homecoming and PennStock. PASS members assist in the process of planning, organizing and promoting these student events. The advisor chooses one student that shows commitment and spirit towards the program to be the student leader.
Participants must be willing to dedicate time, ideas and a good attitude towards setting up activities. A student that shows commitment and spirit towards the program is chosen by the advisor to be the Student Leader. To join PASS, contact the advisor, Levi Tarbell, Director of the PAC and Student Activities, at 641-673-1024 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
“I am going to be a junior here at William Penn University this school year (‘11–‘12). What I love about William Penn is the small class sizes that it offers. The teachers are definitely more hands-on with students and more attentive to individual needs. PASS is a great organization that brings fun events and activities to the school for the students to enjoy themselves and to get to know new people” –Kilie Anderson
The Student Activities office is located on the second floor of the Penn Activity Center (PAC) in Room 211.
