Inclement Weather

1. In the case of inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or class cancellation of a scheduled workshop, the class representative of all cohorts meeting at that particular site, on that particular night, will be notified.
2. Decisions to cancel a night of class will be determined by 3 p.m. (Please do not call before the time specified.)
3. The CWA Office will notify the instructor and the class representative for each cohort this decision will affect.
4. It is the responsibility of the class representative to notify all cohort members by telephone.
5. Students may also check local radio and TV stations for updates. Make sure the broadcast states the College for Working Adults program.
6. Check your student handbook for more information regarding making up a class night due to inclement weather.
