Career Services at William Penn University

Mission Statement
William Penn University Career Services supports students and alumni; students as they transition to the workplace or advanced degrees, and alumni as they pursue new careers, advancement in their current positions, or professional development.

Services are available to prospective students, students, alumni, staff, faculty, and community members. We provide career exploration opportunities such as job shadowing and internship programs, part-time jobs during the school year and summers, and help with job placement as students near graduation. Career Services strives to provide resources and information on topics such as job search strategies, resume and cover letter development, interview techniques, occupational outlook, job market trends, graduate programs, and technology impact on the job search. Additionally, Career Services, in cooperation with the Iowa College Recruiting Network (ICoRN), organizes three Career Interview Days for current students, and one or two Career Fairs for students, alumni, and the community annually.
