Creative Ink

Ever scribble a poem on a napkin at Smokey Row?creative.jpg

Have feelings you like to express in writing? Like to rap? Tell stories?

Ever read something so good that you just have to share it with someone else?

If you do, or even if you just like to listen to poetry, stories, jokes or rap, then Creative Ink is the group for you.

Creative Ink meets once a month so poets and writers like you can share their own work or the works of other poets and writers with a sympathetic, like-minded audience. The rewards are many. It's fun. You'll get to hear what other poets have written, have conversations with other writers, meet new people, and eat (at least until our budget runs out). Plus, you'll be amazed at the quality of writing that's being done right here on this campus.

Creative Ink meets once a month on Mondays at 6:30, usually in the Library basement.

Watch for posters advertising meeting dates.
